1. Is E&A a "retail only" Real Estate company?

2. Does E&A do anything besides lease retail commercial property?
Yes, E&A leases and sells retail real estate and consults to developers, start up concepts, municipalities, JV groups, Venture Capital firms as well as buyers who are seeking information prior to purchase.
3. Do the clients of E&A have to be existing chain stores or seasoned developers?
No, E&A has a long and successful history of helping start up retail concepts, such as Ross Stores and Starbucks; we are also very well suited to help first time retail developers with all the experienced input to make their projects successful
4. Is E&A equipped to provide all necessary demographics, mapping and area competition for any location throughout all of Southern Califonria?
Yes, E&A has all the latest equipment and programs for demographics, surveys, analyzing competition, market area mapping and aerial mapping. There isn’t any information out there that we can’t equally if not better produce for you.
5. I am an out of state retailer who wants to come to California - I see the market as being extremely large, how can one company out of only three offices cover the entire Southern California market?
To answer this question we have to go back in time to 1960 when we began to first learn the territory, we now refer to as the Greater Los Angeles Market, there were only a few freeways and a heck of a lot of people. The market was small enough for us to learn it very well. Since then we have taught all of our staff the entire market through a two year training program one in which the associates spend an enormous amount of time driving, photographing, mapping and understanding the complete marketplace with all the parts that make up its demographic picture. To us knowing the complete market is like the only way to go about our business and we don’t know any better than to be obliged to do such.
6. If I need a retail real estate service outside of California can you help me?
